Birse Rail - Harringworth Viaduct, Northamptonshire
A project completed before SG4 was introduced.
CHALLENGE
Access to repair/replace a large amount of brickwork damaged by weathering over the course of many years.
SOLUTION
To purchase a large quantity of new materials and hire in Mabey beams to support our scaffold over the river. The project was an opportunity to test our Tube-Lock system, which was quick enought to enable us to use just 6 men to complete the project within 3 weeks.
OUTCOME
A large scale project completed in record time, whilst ensuring all necessary safety regulations achieved.
